Rubber is used widely in many situations, from household to industrial products. For example, it can be used to make tires, shoes, tubes and many other products. Among all the rubber goods, tires and tubes are the largest consumers of rubber, consuming 56% of all the rubber produced.

At the same time, the worn out tires are a huge problem for nearly every country. The popular way to deal with these worn out tires is to refine them into oil. However, this way would bring pollution and danger. As we all know, there is sulphide released during the process, which is toxic. After 2 or 3 months’ refining, the environment within 150 meters around the “refining” places would be severely polluted, causing plants to death and people to disease. Moreover, high temperature and high pressure are necessary during the refining process, which would sometimes cause explosion because the temperature or the pressure is too high. In addition, the refined oil would go straightly into the market, which would disturb the health of oil market. 

Therefore, if not done well, the worn out rubber would pollute the environment and cause economic loss. To solve the problem, our factory invested a lot of time and money into research, and finally built the new-generation Rubber Pulverizer, which can process scrap tires effectively into particles. The final particles can be reused to make other rubber products. Nowadays, the biggest two usages are: ① to add to the asphalt used on highway to prolong its service life by 5-10 times; ② to make water-proof material which would be used to built the tunnels. Moreover, if processed in a further procedure, the particles can be used in a much wider range.

Hence we can see that the process is environment-friendly and the products have a huge potential market. In addition, another advantage of the new-generation Pulverizer is that, compared with the similar machines in the market now, it can save 1/3 energy and power while achieving the same production at the same time. Therefore, the new-generation could bring the reduction of cost while not decreasing the production.
